I’m a Recruiter working on the Hinkley Point C Project and in Nuclear Services. My role is all about finding talented people to join these exciting areas of EDF.

I recruit for a variety of roles, from support functions and commercial positions, to technical engineers and project managers. Most (but not all) of these positions are based in the South-West, and every day looks different, there are always new opportunities to join the business and make an impact.

I’ve built up a strong understanding of the nuclear sector and what it takes to attract and hire the best talent for these critical roles. As the team’s Channel Champion, I also work closely with my colleagues to source top candidates and refine how we approach recruitment. I’m passionate about making the hiring process as smooth and positive as possible for everyone involved.

I joined EDF because I wanted to work somewhere that has incredible opportunities for people to grow, both professionally and personally. It’s also amazing to know the work we do is making such a big impact on supporting Britain achieve its net zero goals. Plus, the people here are fantastic.
