Online application
Once you've applied, we'll be in touch via text or email to update you. This is usually within 2 working days.
Online interview
We'll invite you to a video interview with a member of our recruitment team where we'll find out more about you and give you an opportunity to ask us any questions.
Discovery Day
You'll join a 2-hour online session and complete a group task with other candidates, alongside the opportunity to find out more about EDF during a live Q&A with our team.
Interview
You'll be invited to an interview with a member of our Customer Service Team, where we'll talk about how your strengths could match the role of Customer Service Advisor.
Offer
If your interview is a success we'll offer you a place to start on the next available training course!
