Our Customers business is recognised as a Best Place to Work for the second year!

We’re proud to share that EDF’s Customers business has once again been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work – ranking in the top 10 of the Very Big Organisations category for the second year running.

We’ve also been highly commended with the Best Places to Work for Disabled Employees Spotlight Award, recognising our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive and accessible workplace where everyone can thrive.

With more than 500 organisations included nationally, securing a top 10 position two years in a row and receiving additional recognition, is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the culture our teams continue to build together.

Philippe Commaret, EDF Customers Managing Director, commented:

“To be recognised as a Top 10 Very Big Organisation in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work for the second consecutive year is a fantastic achievement and a real credit to our people. Putting our employees first and creating a supportive, inclusive environment enables us to deliver the best possible service for our customers.”

What this means for you

This award is based on anonymous feedback from people in our Customers business, measuring real experiences across areas like wellbeing, pride, recognition, and day-to-day support.

For you, that means joining a workplace where:

  • You’re supported to grow and succeed
  • Your contribution is recognised and valued
  • Your wellbeing genuinely matters
  • You feel proud of the work you do and the impact you make

It reflects the kind of environment we’re committed to creating – one where you can do your best work and define success in your own way. These rankings reflect how people feel about their day-to-day experience, the support they receive, and the pride they have in what they do.

A culture shaped by our people

Being named a Best Place to Work for the second-year running is more than an award – it’s a reflection of our everyday culture.

Across Customers, our people consistently tell us they feel a strong sense of pride, belonging, and support. From positive relationships with managers to a culture built on respect and collaboration, it’s these shared experiences that set us apart.

Why it matters

At EDF, we believe Success is Personal. Joining our Customers business means becoming part of a team that’s genuinely interested in your success – where your ideas are heard, your development is supported and your impact is real.

If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, belong and make a difference, you’ll find it here:
