I’m a Recruiter within EDF's Customers & Corporate business, currently supporting Enterprise IT and Retail with their recruitment. I'm passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities that match their skills and ambitions.
I mainly specialise in filling IT roles across Customers & Corporate. The types of roles I recruit for range from software engineers to cyber security experts, data professionals, solution architects, and more.
As a seasoned recruiter with recruitment experience dating back to 2017, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of recruitment. With an educational background in IT, I've honed my skills in identifying and attracting top talent in the IT sector. I am also proud to be an active member of EDF's Race Network and Women in Data & Tech Network, where I contribute to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Working at EDF aligns with both my professional ambitions and personal values. The chance to hire talented professionals while contributing to a mission as impactful as achieving Net Zero is inspiring for me. EDF’s emphasis on innovation, flexibility, and inclusivity makes it an environment where I can thrive and make a real difference. The dynamic culture, family atmosphere, with the security and potential of a larger organisation, makes it an amazing place to have a long-term career.
What success means to me: For me, success is about making meaningful connections, empowering diverse talent, and contributing to a purpose-driven mission. It’s not just about filling roles but helping people thrive in careers that align with their potential while supporting a sustainable, inclusive future. Three words I would use to define my personal success are empowerment, impact and purpose.
Everyone's welcome
