My Role is to successfully recruit, screen and onboard
Graduate, Apprentice, and Industrial Placements across all Business units
within EDF’S locations all over the UK.
I have worked in the recruitment Industry for over twelve
years, six of which have been in the Early Careers space within EDF. Throughout
these six years I have gained a wide range of experience, building client and
customer relationships, screening new applications, navigating recruitment
systems, arranging, and conducting interviews, coordinating assessment centres,
liaising with stakeholders, and onboarding candidates from the very start of
their recruitment journey to the end.
I am passionate about candidate experience and pride myself
on great customer service. This is initially what attracted me to work for EDF
knowing their high reputation and culture of the company. EDF’S commitment to
employee well-being and career development where pivotal in my decision to
transfer from a recruitment company to EDF as an employee, one I’m excited to
explore.
What success means to me: Success in Early Careers
means being adaptable to change, communication and learning every day. I
believe this is important to me as seeing candidates excel in exciting life
changing opportunities provides me with happiness and fulfilment. On a personal
level I believe success for me is growth, creativity, and fulfilment.
Everyone's welcome
