I’m a Recruiter for the nuclear side of our business.
At Hinkley Point C (HPC), I specialise in recruiting for a diverse range of roles across critical areas such as logistics, construction, nuclear safety, commissioning, and project management.
I specialise in recruiting experienced professionals within the nuclear sector, covering a diverse range of skills and expertise critical to this highly-regulated industry. With a strong focus on attracting top talent, I utilise my passion for recruitment analytics and reporting to support in optimising our recruitment strategies, ensuring we secure the best candidates to drive business success.
I joined EDF because of its strong, supportive culture and collaborative environment, which truly resonated with me. Recruitment has always been a passion of mine, and I wanted to channel that enthusiasm into a role within a large-scale company known for putting its customers and employees at the heart of everything it does. EDF's commitment to making a difference aligned perfectly with my professional and personal values.
What success means to me: Success is deeply personal and means something different to everyone. For me, it’s about finding purpose, achieving balance, and making an impact. If I had to describe success in just three words, they would be purpose, growth, and passion!
Everyone's welcome
