I'm a Recruiter for the nuclear side of the business, dedicated to connecting top talent with meaningful and impactful opportunities.
My background is rooted in technical engineering recruitment across all levels, and I've also had the opportunity to recruit for a broad range of functions including finance, IT, communications, environmental, and HR. This diverse experience has allowed me to build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop a well-rounded approach to talent acquisition.
Since joining EDF in 2020, I’ve supported both our existing nuclear fleet and our new build projects, giving me the opportunity to help secure the expertise needed to deliver complex and critical infrastructure.
My move from agency to in-house recruitment was driven by a desire to have a deeper, more lasting impact - and EDF provided the perfect environment to do just that. The supportive culture, collaborative teams, and meaningful work have enabled me to grow professionally while contributing to projects that truly matter.
What success means to me: For me, success is about making a positive and lasting contribution - helping to drive the business forward while maintaining a healthy and fulfilling work-life balance.
Everyone's welcome
