I’m a Recruiter within the Corporate and Customers team supporting EDF Business Solutions, Retail (Residential Operations and Core), Revenue Operations, Commercial Performance and Small Business.
I specialise in recruiting talented people to join our Customer Operations teams, based in locations all over the UK and remotely.
I began my career in recruitment in 2019, initially focusing on hiring Electricians. After transitioning to EDF and briefly joining the Recruitment Coordination team, I have progressed to my current role as a Recruiter, where I have been since 2021.
When I was looking for my next career opportunity, EDF immediately stood out to me. One of the biggest factors was their focus on flexibility and employee well-being. The ability to have a healthy work-life balance while still contributing meaningfully to the organisation is incredibly important to me.
What success means to me: Success in recruitment is important to me because it means connecting the right talent with the right opportunities, helping individuals achieve their career goals, and driving the growth and success of EDF. Three words I would use to describe my personal success are growth, fulfilment, and impact.
Everyone's welcome
