I joined EDF in 2021 and have been here recruiting ever since. Most of my experience at EDF and prior has been focused on experienced hires, however I have recently taken on an exciting opportunity in the Early Careers team.

I specialise in recruiting candidates to join our Graduate, Apprenticeship and Industrial Placement opportunities within different areas of the business and locations all over the UK.

I’m passionate about helping people find opportunities that are right for them and creating a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. My experience spans both experienced hires and early careers, giving me the opportunity to work with people at all different stages of their journey.

When I was looking for my next career opportunity, EDF immediately stood out to me. One of the biggest factors was their focus on flexibility and employee well-being. The ability to have a healthy work-life balance while still contributing meaningfully to the organisation was incredibly important to me.

What success means to me: Success in recruitment is important to me because it means connecting the right talent with the right opportunities, helping individuals achieve their career goals and driving the growth and success of EDF. Three words I would use to describe my personal success are growth, fulfilment and impact.
