Hollie M
I'm a Recruitment Business Partner for Early Careers, responsible for recruiting Graduates, Industrial Placements and Apprentices across the UK and a wide range of business areas.
Before moving into my current role, I recruited for our Renewables and Corporate business units, and over the years I've built experience across many parts of EDF, including Renewables, Nuclear, Corporate and everything in between. Alongside my practical experience, I hold several recruitment qualifications, including a CIPD accreditation and certifications in a range of psychometric assessment tools.
I joined EDF because I was genuinely impressed by the opportunities on offer. My original plan was to join EDF, move out of recruitment and explore broader HR roles. Several years later, I'm still here, which is a real testament to both the team I work with and the wider organisation. EDF is a fantastic place to build a career. The opportunities are endless, the people are supportive and talented, and I'm proud to play a part in helping Britain achieve its net zero ambitions.
What success means to me
Success is a very personal thing, but when I think about what drives my own success, three words come to mind:
- Determination
- Passion
- Proactivity
These qualities have helped me
throughout my career and continue to shape how I approach both my work and
personal goals.
Everyone's welcome
