I’m a Recruitment Business Partner supporting EDF’s Hinkley Point C (HPC), Nuclear Services, and EPR Engineering divisions — and more recently, I’ve stepped up to also support EDF Power Solutions. This is an exciting chapter for me as I expand my portfolio and begin to learn more about this growing business within the Renewables space. I’m looking forward to deepening my knowledge in this area and playing a part in shaping the future of energy.
I specialise in sourcing top talent for highly skilled teams in the nuclear, engineering, and now Renewable sectors. My recruitment portfolio covers a wide range of technical, specialist, and corporate roles - with a particular emphasis on engineering, IT, financial/commercial, and senior-level recruitment. While my initial focus was primarily on roles based in Bridgwater, Bristol and Gloucester, my remit has now grown to include opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
Since joining EDF in 2019 as a Recruiter, I’ve developed my career within the company and progressed into my current role. I bring both in-house and agency recruitment experience, and I’m passionate about matching the right people to the right opportunities. With a degree in Public and Media Relations from Swansea University, and a diverse background across multiple industries, I’m well-equipped to navigate complex hiring landscapes and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
I’ve always been driven by a passion for engineering recruitment, and joining EDF’s re-established internal recruitment team was a chance I couldn’t pass up. What’s kept me here is the company’s supportive, collaborative and flexible culture. It’s a place that truly invests in its people, and one where I see myself continuing to grow.
What success means to me:
Success to me is defined by determination, happiness, and delivery - staying focused and resilient in the face of challenges, finding joy in the process, and consistently achieving meaningful outcomes.
Everyone's welcome
