I’m a Recruitment Business Partner supporting EDF’s Hinkley Point C (HPC), Nuclear Services, and EPR Engineering divisions. I joined EDF in 2019 as a Recruiter and have since progressed into my current role.
I specialise in sourcing top talent for highly skilled teams in the nuclear and engineering sectors. My recruitment portfolio covers a variety of technical and specialist roles, with a strong emphasis on engineering expertise with a primary focus on roles based in Bridgwater, Bristol, and Gloucester, although my remit extends across the UK. Whether it’s building our nuclear workforce or strengthening our financial and IT capabilities, I help bring in the best talent to drive EDF’s success.
With in-house and agency recruitment experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge in finding the right people for the right roles. I hold a degree in Public and Media Relations from Swansea University, and my background spans a wide array of industries, allowing me to effectively navigate the recruitment landscape for both technical and corporate roles.
I’ve always been passionate about engineering recruitment, so when the opportunity arose to join EDF and be part of its re-established recruitment function, I couldn’t pass it up. Since joining, I’ve been consistently impressed by the supportive, flexible, and positive environment that EDF fosters. It’s a company that truly invests in its people, and I see myself building my career here for the long term. The culture at EDF is one of collaboration and growth, making it an exceptional place to work!
What success means to me: Success to me is defined by determination, happiness, and delivery — staying focused and resilient in the face of challenges, finding joy in the process, and consistently achieving meaningful outcomes.
Everyone's welcome
