Recruitment Business Partner (maternity leave)
- Customers, Corporate and Commercial
I’m a Recruitment Business Partner for the Customers and Corporate side of the business.
I specialise in recruiting talented people to join our IT, Finance, Legal, Digital, Communications, Commercial, Customer Services and Sales & Marketing teams based in locations all over the UK.
I gained my CIPD qualification in 2014 and I just absolutely love what I do! The ever-evolving world of recruitment keeps me on my toes and, as a team, we’re continuously striving to deliver an outstanding experience to our stakeholders.
I joined EDF back in 2020 and at the time I was seeking a role in a large, diverse, organisation where I could work alongside a high-performing, supportive team, whilst developing my skills. Looking back, it’s safe to say that EDF has exceeded my expectations.
My direct team and diverse range of stakeholders are absolutely brilliant. We’re all so connected and, even though we mainly work from home, we love meeting in the office every now and then. I’ve been on some great courses to develop my skills and, since becoming a mum, the flexibility I have works fantastically well for my family, I really feel I have the work life balance nailed which I’m really grateful for!
What success means to me: You need to be given a chance to show your worth and open up opportunities for growth. Feeling valued is key, those little ‘thank yous’ go a long way! And we’re all on our own journey with all sorts of varying factors, never compare yourself to others!
Everyone's welcome
