I’m a Recruiter for the Customers & Corporate side of the business. I’ve previously supported Nuclear Generation, Decommissioning, Central Support Functions and Sizewell C with recruitment activity.

I specialise in recruiting talented people to join our Customers & Corporate Finance, Supply Chain and Net Zero Strategy & Policy teams, based in locations all over the UK.

I have a wealth of experience recruiting across EDF from supporting our Heysham Power Stations, to one of our new build sites at Sizewell C and, more recently, our Customers and Corporate Functions. I’ve led high-volume campaigns, facilitated assessment centres and recruited against very niche and technical skill sets. I also provide a wealth of knowledge in various psychometric tests and the benefits associated with each, as well as providing pivotal support in creating in-tray exercises and scoring mechanisms!

EDF’s household name is what originally enticed my application to join the Resourcing Hub, however, upon researching the company, I quickly realised my passion for creating a sustainable future and EDF’s commitments to achieving Net Zero were aligned. My journey so far with EDF has been an incredible experience – the benefits, approach to wellbeing, flexible working and mental health support is truly second-to-none. Our culture is fantastic, and we boast a real sense of comradery, team spirit and support across all our Business Units. From my very first day I felt welcomed and included, not just in my immediate team or the wider Resourcing Hub, but business-wide.
