I'm the Recruiter in charge of building our Hinkley Point C (HPC) 'Project Bridge' team.
I specialise in recruiting talented people locally to join our HPC teams with the prospect of eventually moving to other EPR2 sites in Europe, as well as facilitating expatriation opportunities between the French and British workforce of the EDF Group. I recruit for all the skill sets required to guarantee the successful build of a nuclear site.
Before joining EDF in 2024, I gained 12 years experience recruiting internationally for a wide range of very technical as well as high-level functions within the high-tech industry.
My decision to join EDF was not only based on the opportunity and the role I was offered, but I would say probably first and foremost on the people I met. And the company has kept its promises so far: it values its employees, fosters a healthy and inclusive environment, and promotes self-development.
What success means to me: Success for me means reaching my professional and personal goals whilst helping others achieve theirs. Personal fulfilment and growth are tightly linked to helping others and making a difference in your community. Success also implies working hard towards your professional goals, whilst keeping a healthy work-life balance allowing you to achieve your dreams outside of the office too.
Everyone's welcome
