As a Cyber focused Instructor, you’ll support the development and delivery of training that contributes to safe, reliable performance across EDF’s nuclear operations and our journey towards an Electric Britain. You’ll work with colleagues to build learning that improves skills, supports positive working behaviours and helps maintain compliance with key operational standards.
This role is based out of Gloucester Business Park, working 2 -3 days a week on site. You’ll work with training specialists, subject matter experts and operational teams to deliver meaningful, consistent training that supports safe and effective performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing and delivering training using the systematic approach to training
- Supporting analysis, evaluation and continuous improvement of training programmes
- Providing coaching and feedback to reinforce safe working practices
- Building technical understanding of cyber related areas to strengthen training content
- Collaborating with operational teams and subject matter experts to meet training standards
Who You Are
We’re looking for an Instructor who enjoys supporting others, building knowledge and contributing to safe, reliable operations. Are you experienced in…?
- Applying a structured training or instructional framework
- Delivering training to technical or operational teams
- Working with digital or technical subjects to build capability
- Producing clear learning materials and training outputs
- Holding a relevant qualification in training, instruction or a technical field
Cyber knowledge would be ideal but not essential.
