The Opportunity

As our Technical Reporting & Treasury Manager, you’ll lead a team of finance professionals and take ownership of statutory accounts, audits and treasury functions across 50+ legal entities. You’ll be the key liaison for shareholders and external auditors, ensuring our reporting is accurate, timely and compliant with UK GAAP and IFRS.

You’ll bring your technical expertise to drive improvements in financial reporting and treasury processes, while supporting strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leaders, external banks and cross-functional teams – offering plenty of scope for professional growth and leadership development.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Technical Reporting & Treasury Manager who’s analytical, collaborative and confident in leading complex financial processes. You’ll bring a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement. To be shortlisted, you need to offer…

  • An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with several years’ post-qualification experience
  • Consolidation experience under IFRS and strong knowledge of UK GAAP
  • Experience managing statutory accounts and external audits
  • Proven treasury management experience, including intercompany financing and banking operations
  • Experience presenting financial information to senior stakeholders

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the statutory accounts and audit process across UK and Ireland entities
  • Managing treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships
  • Overseeing intercompany loans and financing structures
  • Driving improvements in financial reporting and compliance
  • Coaching and developing a team of finance professionals
