The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll help deliver clear and reliable people data that supports decisions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand what they need and create reporting solutions that give them confidence in the numbers.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role is open on a hybrid basis. You’ll work from home and collaborate with colleagues at our #Hove office when needed, depending on business and team requirements.
You’ll develop your technical skills through hands‑on experience with tools like Excel and Power BI. You’ll also learn new systems and help improve how we deliver insight, supporting our growing People Analytics capability.

Contract: 9 Months Fixed Term Contract

Who You Are
We’re looking for an HR Reporting Analyst who enjoys working with data and solving problems in a clear and logical way. Do you offer…?
- Strong Excel skills including formulas and data manipulation
- Good aptitude with data and ability to spot trends
- Ability to work logically and stay organised
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining people reporting solutions
- Developing clear dashboards and data outputs
- Supporting stakeholders in understanding their data
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of reporting
- Helping improve our systems and self‑serve capability
Pay, Benefits and Culture
