About the Role

Ready to turn complex project data into decisions that keep a world‑class build on track? Join a team where your analysis shapes delivery and your growth is central. At EDF, Success is Personal – your journey, powered by us.

The Opportunity

You will maintain and evolve our Project Delivery Model for #HinkleyPointC, joining the Delivery Integration team at the heart of a nationally significant programme. Your work will support predictable delivery and our transition towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll join us on a salary starting of at least £54,280 per annum. You’ll deliver team collaboration three days a week from our #SDC or #HPC office, and you’ll visit the #HPC site at least once every two weeks.

From improving processes to building dashboards, you’ll turn data into decisions. You’ll collaborate across PMO, construction and commissioning, championing consistent methods that reduce risk and drive schedule certainty – making a direct contribution to our journey towards An Electric Britain. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for growth and a future career within PMO and Projects.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a delivery‑focused professional who brings curiosity, initiative and clear communication to complex projects. To be shortlisted, you need to offer…

  • Experience maintaining or improving project delivery processes or frameworks in a complex programme environment

  • Proven ability to analyse and present project data for decision making using Excel and Power BI

  • Building automated data flows or reports using Power Query, DAX or VBA

  • Stakeholder engagement with Project Managers and PMO, including running reviews and gathering feedback

  • Ability to prioritise a backlog of improvements and track to delivery

  • Comfortable working across construction, commissioning and multi‑disciplinary teams

  • Eligible and willing to work on site at #HPC and in #SDC as required

Security Vetting

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain, update and publish the Project Delivery Model so it stays current and compliant

  • Review interfaces and changes with the Process team, capturing impacts on the PDM

  • Develop and manage Excel and Power BI reports for varied audiences

  • Analyse data to deliver concise, decision‑ready insights and recommendations

  • Drive engagement with the PDM, monitor adoption and manage a forward roadmap

Pay, Benefits and Culture

Alongside a starting salary of at least £54,280 per annum, potential for an annual bonus, and a market‑leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.
