About the Role

Ready to shape device services that help colleagues work smoothly every day? If you enjoy solving practical problems and building technology that simply works for people, this could be your next step. At EDF, Success is Personal – and your impact will be felt across our digital workplace.

The Opportunity

As a Product Engineer - Windows Device Management, you’ll help design and improve the device products that keep our organisation running. You’ll build secure, scalable and user‑centred solutions that support our journey towards An Electric Britain, while developing your skills across device and lifecycle management.

This is a hybrid role, with a salary starting at £45,000 per annum (depending on experience). You’ll work from home with occasional travel to our #Gloucester office for quarterly team meet-ups.

In this role, you’ll work within an Agile product team to build, manage and support device services across EDF. You’ll collaborate with product owners, architects and operations teams, helping us improve security, usability and adoption across the Digital Workplace.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who enjoys teamwork, problem‑solving and creating reliable solutions. Are you experienced in…?

  • Proven experience delivering device management solutions in a large enterprise environment
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of endpoint and device lifecycle management, security, and automation
  • Experience translating business needs into practical, supportable technical solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of governance, standards, and best practice in a Digital Workplace context

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will ordinarily require you to have British residency for the last five years.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, configuring and delivering enterprise device management solutions
  • Translating user and business needs into clear, supportable technical approaches
  • Driving adoption through clear documentation and collaborative working
  • Supporting peers and sharing knowledge across the product team
  • Contributing to Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews and retrospectives

Pay, Benefits and Culture

Alongside a starting salary of £45,000 per annum (depending on experience), potential for an annual bonus, and a market‑leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.

At EDF, we believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed. That’s why we offer you the freedom to develop a career that’s unique to you. Here, Success is Personal – it’s your journey, powered by us.
