The Opportunity
As a Product Engineer - Windows Device Management, you’ll help design and improve the device products that keep our organisation running. You’ll build secure, scalable and user‑centred solutions that support our journey towards An Electric Britain, while developing your skills across device and lifecycle management.
This is a hybrid role, with a salary starting at £45,000 per annum (depending on experience). You’ll work from home with occasional travel to our #Gloucester office for quarterly team meet-ups.
In this role, you’ll work within an Agile product team to build, manage and support device services across EDF. You’ll collaborate with product owners, architects and operations teams, helping us improve security, usability and adoption across the Digital Workplace.

- Proven experience delivering device management solutions in a large enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on knowledge of endpoint and device lifecycle management, security, and automation
- Experience translating business needs into practical, supportable technical solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of governance, standards, and best practice in a Digital Workplace context
To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will ordinarily require you to have British residency for the last five years.

- Designing, configuring and delivering enterprise device management solutions
- Translating user and business needs into clear, supportable technical approaches
- Driving adoption through clear documentation and collaborative working
- Supporting peers and sharing knowledge across the product team
- Contributing to Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews and retrospectives
