The Opportunity
EDF Business Solutions (EBS) is on a mission to help British businesses and the public sector Achieve Net Zero. We're great at what we do, making us a top three player in our two core markets: Energy Supply and Electricity Metering.
As we continue to grow our team, we are looking for a Product and Optimisation Analyst to join us. This team manages the existing large business product suite and develops new products to meet the changing needs of EDF’s EBS customers, whilst also helping to optimise existing products & contracts to ensure continued profitability.
As a Product and Optimisation Analyst, you will help to monitor and mitigate risk & exposure within our current customer contract. You’ll also conduct product research by talking to customers and internal stakeholders to better understand customer problems and prioritise product improvements; designing, developing and delivering new products to meet customer requirements.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with experience at coordinating projects and business change. You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people including senior stakeholders. You’ll be confident with solving problems and identifying solutions, whilst thinking both creatively and analytically to meet customer needs.

Who Should Apply?
