The Opportunity

As a Process Analyst, you’ll play a key role in improving processes and driving performance across our Metering Operations team, supporting our journey towards An Electric Britain. You’ll evaluate ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives that enhance customer experience and compliance.

You’ll join us on a salary starting of £35,600 per annum. This is a remote role, with flexibility to work from home and collaborate virtually with colleagues based across the UK. We’ll support you with the tools and resources you need to succeed.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement is essential. From building investment cases to engaging senior leaders and external stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to influence outcomes and deliver real value.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Process Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong leadership and collaboration skills. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the business energy industry, including customer needs and regulations
  • Deep understanding of Supplier Settlements, MOP and/or DC/DA obligations and processes
  • Proven ability to build and manage healthy stakeholder relationships
  • Experience balancing cost, compliance and customer needs when proposing change initiatives
  • Ability to lead projects from issue identification through to sustained change delivery

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Evaluating processes to identify improvement opportunities and build investment cases
  • Analysing data and summarising findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Capturing current ways of working and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Leading delivery of improvements through re-engineering, automation or systemisation
  • Gaining buy-in for initiatives from senior leaders and external stakeholders
