The Opportunity
As a Process Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how we work by analysing operational data, documenting high‑level Visio process maps, and proactively reviewing existing processes to identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve. Your next‑level critical thinking will help you discover, design and shape new processes, ensuring they’re robust, scalable and aligned to the needs of our customers and colleagues.
Your insight will support operational teams as we simplify ways of working, enhance customer experience, and drive performance improvements that support our journey towards An Electric Britain.
You’ll join us on a starting salary of £36,400 per annum, working from our #Exeter office in Gadeon House, with a balance between office and home working that helps you collaborate effectively and deliver your best work.
Working closely with operational teams, you’ll build a deep understanding of how processes perform today, documenting the current state, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the design and delivery of improvements. Your work will enable teams to make confident decisions and deliver measurable operational and customer outcomes.

- A natural curiosity and problem‑solving mindset with an interest in improving processes and operational performance
- Experience working in an analytical, operational improvement or performance insight role
- Experience analysing operational or business performance data
- Experience supporting change or improvement initiatives within operational environments
- Knowledge of the business energy industry or regulated operational environments is helpful but not essential
