As the Internal Communications Consultant, you will support the team in creating and delivering internal messages that resonate, inspire and ignite a sense of purpose among our employees.

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll deliver all aspects of internal communications, from planning and creating through to delivery and measurement.
- You’ll have great skills and knowledge of communication software, such as editing videos, building intranet pages and designing and sending emails through a mailing platform. We currently use Canva, Poppulo, SharePoint and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- You’ll manage multiple projects, delivering them on time, to budget and to a high standard – keeping stakeholders updated and engaged along the way.
- You’ll stay up to date with what’s going on in the business and use communications to help solve organisational problems and achieve business goals.
- We want our comms to stand out, so you’ll find new and innovative ways to keep our comms fresh and interesting and stay up to date with trends.
- You’ll support with a range of internal events, including logistics, content and on the day support to help deliver engaging, enjoyable, and informative experiences.
Who you are
As the Internal Communications Consultant, you will think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and joining the dots to make sure our messaging is clear and consistent.
You’ll be an excellent writer, editor, and proofer, adapting to our tone of voice and the multiple channels we use. You’ll get to source and investigate stories and present them in an engaging, fun, and relevant way.
We’re looking for somebody passionate and creative with relevant experience in internal communications. You’ll enjoy a fast-paced, fun and dynamic environment.
