About the Role

Aztec West, Bristol (hybrid working)

A career that will deliver change. Together, we’ll help Britain achieve Net Zero.

Are you passionate about performance, precision, and making a real impact? Join EDF EPR Engineering UK and help shape the delivery of one of the UK’s most ambitious low-carbon energy projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with data, people, and processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Opportunity

EDF EPR Engineering UK (EPR-E) is tasked with delivering the design for several nuclear island (NI) buildings, systems, and equipment contracts for the Hinkley Point C EPR Project. This involves working through an integrated team, supporting HPC construction and commissioning efforts, and preparing design replication feasibility and engineering activities for the Sizewell C Project. As a result, a Technical Directorate is being established to oversee the engineering disciplines and technical expertise needed to successfully deliver these projects through EPR-E’s integrated teams.

As a Project Delivery & Performance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering outputs. You’ll work closely with project controls and PMO teams to monitor and report on deliverables, manage change, and support performance tracking across the Integrated Team Bristol (ITB). Your work will help drive clarity, consistency, and collaboration across the programme.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for managing and reporting on the List of Deliverables (LOD), ensuring alignment with project schedules and stakeholder expectations. This includes updating documentation tools, coordinating with schedulers, and producing performance reports that inform decision-making across the team.

Your role will involve managing changes to deliverables, supporting planning exercises, and ensuring data accuracy across systems like PALADIN, EasyDoc, and Teamcenter. You’ll also work closely with quality teams to support Right First-Time reporting and liaise with document managers to forecast workloads and meet deadlines.

This is a dynamic and collaborative role that requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for performance. You’ll be a key interface between technical teams, project controls, and clients—helping to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

You’re confident working with data and have advanced Excel skills to support reporting and analysis. You’re detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a collaborative environment where communication and coordination are key.

Experience with tools like PALADIN and Power BI is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to evolving priorities, and contribute to a high-performing team. You’re proactive, curious, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.

Applications close for this role on Tuesday 26th August, with interviews following shortly after.
