The Opportunity
As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact intelligence products and driving proactive security measures. Your leadership will help us strengthen our defences and support Britain’s journey to net zero as part of An Electric Britain.
Alongside a negotiable salary depending on experience, this is a hybrid role. You’ll work from home with occasional travel to our #London or #Gloucester offices for team meet-ups.
You’ll lead the CTI team, overseeing intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination. From threat monitoring to adversary profiling, you’ll collaborate across SOC, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance detection and response.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a Cyber Threat Intelligence expert who thrives on collaboration and operational excellence. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Extensive experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence with a focus on tactical and operational analysis
- Deep understanding of adversary tactics and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain
- Strong technical acumen with experience in TIPs, SIEM, and intelligence enrichment tools
- Proven ability to translate complex intelligence into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with SOCs, IR teams, and external intelligence communities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing continuous monitoring of threat intelligence sources including OSINT, commercial feeds, and dark web monitoring
- Managing the creation of intelligence reports on emerging threats, IOCs, and adversary TTPs
- Implementing automation and tooling to streamline intelligence processes
- Developing playbooks for intelligence collection and operational use cases
- Building relationships with industry peers, ISACs, and government bodies to enhance collective defence
Pay, Benefits and Culture
Alongside a negotiable salary depending on experience, potential for an annual bonus, and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.
