Working closely with senior leaders, enterprise architects and transformation teams, you'll influence how business processes, data and digital platforms align to deliver strategic objectives across the organisation.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Process Transformation Manager to help shape how EDF power solutions operate as we continue to grow our renewable energy business.

Working within the Business Improvement team, you'll lead our approach to business process architecture and change adoption, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, simplify ways of working and ensure change is successfully embedded.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence how the business evolves, helping create scalable, efficient and digitally enabled processes that support our long-term ambitions. You'll also lead and develop a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches, building organisational capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role is hybrid and can be based from our offices in #Durham, #Edinburgh or #London, with travel as required to support stakeholder engagement, workshops and key business initiatives.

With technologies spanning onshore and offshore wind, solar, battery storage and green hydrogen, we’re the UK and Ireland’s most diverse renewable generator.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future Business Improvement capability of EDF power solutions, helping establish the processes, standards and change adoption approach that will support our journey to becoming a 10GW low-carbon energy business by 2035.
