The Opportunity 

As a Business Partner Senior Analyst, you’ll be a part of the Financial Control & Reporting team which is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the Customers business.  

You’ll be responsible for providing regular, timely and insightful reporting on OpEx and CapEx costs on both an actual forecast basis alongside supporting the delivery of the annual business planning process for Corporate and Customers Central Functions.

What you’ll be doing 

Reporting into the Senior Manager you’ll be a confident communicator and responsible for producing and presenting appropriate financial analytics, adding insight to influence business leaders, business decisions and overall business performance. 

You’ll work closely with the Enterprise IT team to support management of their significant cost base. You’ll also review the combined IT cost base across all of the Customers federated businesses, and support delivery of the Digital Performance Review. 

You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships and networks with the senior business leaders that you support.  

Who you are 

You’ll be a highly skilled qualified accountant with experience of Financial Business Partnering in a complex financial environment. 

Being a Business Partner Senior Analyst at EDF means demonstrating your ability to be pro-active and diligent with a resilience to challenge. 

You’ll demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive informed business decisions. 

We’re looking for someone with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the whole organisation with strong influencing skills. 

You’ll be required to attend an appropriate office location on a regular basis as part of the reporting and planning cycle and to aid engagement with key stakeholders.
