The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially and strategic-minded, analytically strong Strategy & Propositions Senior Analyst to shape the strategic direction of the business and develop impactful customer propositions aligned to our priorities.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will lead key strategic workstreams covering value creation, business optimisation, and risk mitigation by managing cross-functional projects with clear accountability and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
You’ll develop and refine strategic business propositions by analysing market, customer and business needs, evaluating opportunities and risks, and coordinating go-to-market strategies. Leveraging robust data analysis, market research, and stakeholder insights, you will build business cases that drive strategic decision-making.
Additionally, you will manage stakeholder relationships effectively and confidently present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and diverse teams.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong commercial acumen to deliver high-value business recommendations, paired with strategic thinking that embraces the bigger picture and draws on diverse insights. Advanced data analysis skills are integral to extracting meaningful conclusions from various datasets.
You should demonstrate excellence in stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing, along with clear and effective communication and presentation skills across all business levels. A proactive approach to product development and project management will be key to driving propositions from concept through to delivery.
Additionally, knowledge of the business energy supply and export markets, especially relating to sustainability, low carbon energy trends, and corporate social responsibility, is highly desirable.
