The Opportunity
As our Mid Market Senior Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening EDF’s position in a highly competitive market. You’ll lead a high-performing team, inspire collaboration, and help us on our journey towards An Electric Britain.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this is a predominantly remote role with flexibility built in. You’ll work from home most of the time, with occasional trips to our #Exeter office to connect with your team and collaborate face-to-face when it matters most.
You’ll shape strategy, build influential relationships, and champion digital transformation. EDF will support your growth with opportunities to lead change, develop talent, and make a real difference in the energy sector – driving channel partner network success and energy sales leadership.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a Mid Market Senior Sales Manager who thrives on resilience, commercial acumen, and stakeholder influence. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Proven ability to set vision and lead high-performing teams through change
- Strong understanding of B2B energy markets, pricing dynamics and margin drivers
- Experience building senior-level relationships, including at C-suite level
- Ability to attract, retain and develop diverse sales talent
- Skilled in driving collaboration across multiple internal teams
- Comfortable leading transformation and embedding digital tools
- Ability to maintain focus under pressure in a fast-moving market

- Leading and inspiring a sales team to deliver stretching targets
- Creating a performance-driven culture with coaching and development
- Driving operational excellence and embedding new ways of working
- Strengthening strategic relationships with key TPIs and partners
- Championing collaboration across EDF to align strategy and execution
