We’ll support your development through leadership programmes, online learning and stretch opportunities – all within a collaborative, resilient and inclusive finance culture.

- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Extensive post-qualification experience in financial reporting and governance
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS
- Proven success in leading high-performing teams
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving transformation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of financial reporting professionals
- Managing the end-to-end financial reporting cycle and regulatory submissions
- Providing strategic direction and technical guidance across finance teams
- Driving continuous improvement and automation in reporting processes
- Leading internal and external audits with a focus on data integrity and compliance
