The Opportunity
Across Customers and Corporate, we strive to create great Customer and People Experiences by building a best-in-class reputation guided by our three core values; Human, Kind and Brave.
Our People Partners play a key role in delivering a range of People initiatives across our business; designing and delivering targeted programmes that support our overarching People strategy and drive business performance, such as recruitment, onboarding and skills development. Aligned to our Everyone’s Welcome ambitions, our People Partners work closely with Senior Leaders and business units to provide coaching on a wide range of people related topics and issues across the employee lifecycle, whilst proactively identifying opportunities to co-create and enable cross-collaboration.
As we expand our People team, we are looking for someone with previous experience in a HR generalist role, who is confident in building relationships with colleagues at all levels. You’ll be comfortable interpreting data and using it to tell a compelling story and develop business cases, whilst also thinking creatively and conceptually in order to create a great employee experience.

Who Should Apply?
To qualify for this program, experienced professionals must have had a career break of 18 months or longer as of September 2025.
