Product Manager – Learning Systems

If so, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join us within our Digital Innovative Learning Team to collaborate across departments, ensuring the Learning Management system aligns with strategic business needs.
The Opportunity…
As the Product Manager of Learning Systems at EDF, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and long-term direction of EDF Energy's Learning Management System (LMS).
This role ensures that the LMS product aligns with organisational goals, effectively meeting user needs and delivering value across the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders, prioritise product features, and drive the roadmap, ensuring that both short-term and long-term goals are met.

What you’ll be doing
Key responsibilities will include:
- Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a compelling product vision for the Learning Management System, ensuring alignment with EDF Energy's overall business strategy.
- Drive Governance: Establish governance frameworks and processes to ensure consistent and effective use of LMS administration. Engage key user groups and stakeholders to implement common ways of working across the organisation.
- Value Delivery: Work with the Enterprise Product Owner to ensure that high-value features are prioritised and delivered efficiently, optimising the product backlog in line with business priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive product enhancements based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Agile Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of features according to the product roadmap, utilising agile and SAFE delivery principles.
- Work with External Partners: Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and other partners to integrate additional learning resources and open-source content into the LMS.
- Communication and Education: Ensure clear communication of the product’s features, updates, and benefits to all LMS users across the organisation, providing training and support where necessary.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in creating and managing product roadmaps, especially in an agile environment, together with a strong expertise in stakeholder management, including working with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
You’ll have a strong understanding of the governance and regulatory requirements of LMS administration in highly regulated industries and also knowledge of agile and SAFE delivery frameworks, with experience in leading teams within this structure.
You will be a collaborative leader, comfortable influencing others, driving consensus, and promoting cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment.
