You will proactively evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, building compelling investment cases for change.

  • Source, analyse, and interpret complex data, translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to understand current practices, whilst looking for opportunities to improve.
  • Lead or support the delivery of performance improvements through reengineering, standardisation, automation, outsourcing, or systemisation.
  • Secure buy-in and engagement from senior leaders and external stakeholders (e.g. customers, regulators) for change initiatives.
  • Review and iterate internal and customer-facing communications and materials to improve engagement and customer experience (CX).

You will have a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, capable of interpreting and simplifying complex data to identify root causes, uncover improvement opportunities, and present insights effectively to diverse audiences.

You should have hands-on experience delivering projects using various methodologies, such as Agile, and be confident leading initiatives from problem identification through to implementation, evaluation, and sustainable change.
