About the Role

Do you have HR generalist experience and a talent for building strong relationships? Join EDF as a People Partner and help shape a people-first culture.

Now is a great time to join our Customers and Corporate People team. We work closely with leaders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that support business goals. Our culture has earned us a spot in the Top 10 Times Best Places to Work, along with 4.8 on Trust Pilot and we’re proud of the experience we create for our people and our customers.

What we offer includes a starting salary of £40,000 (depending on experience), 5% bonus potential, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a leading pension scheme. You’ll also enjoy a wide range of benefits—from enhanced parental leave and health insurance to EV leasing and tech discounts. We support flexible, hybrid working, with a need to be within reach of Exeter, Hove, London, or Sunderland for occasional site visits.

Everyone is Welcome here at EDF!  We’re committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We’re a Disability Confident employer and happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process.

In this role, you’ll work with the Senior People Partner and business leaders to deliver initiatives aligned with our People Strategy. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and development to organisational change. Using data and insights, you’ll identify opportunities to improve performance and people experience, coaching managers and influencing stakeholders along the way.

You’ll thrive here if you’re people-centric, outcome-focused, and confident challenging the status quo. You’ll need strong communication and influencing skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn insight into action. Integrity, creativity, and a drive for continuous improvement are key.

Here, we do right by each other and everyone’s welcome. We’re on an action-oriented journey, championing equity, diversity, and inclusion. We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.

We’re a disability confident employer and we’ll do all we can to help with your application. Please let us know if you need to request reasonable adjustments.

We take pride in fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment, where the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our employees drive fresh thinking and innovation. We understand that success means different things to different people. We believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed. That’s why we support you to pursue a career that’s unique to you. Because success is personal.
