What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our people plan, working across Nuclear Services to ensure our teams are supported, empowered, and set up for success. You’ll lead on key HR deliverables, from organisational capability assessments to strategic workforce planning, helping us identify and manage risks while building resilience.
You’ll collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Employee Services to provide seamless, end-to-end HR support. Whether it’s driving initiatives in learning and development, wellbeing, or diversity, or coaching leaders through change, your work will have a lasting impact on our people and culture.
Using tools like PowerBI, Anaplan, and Tableau, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, helping shape decisions and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also create toolkits, deliver masterclasses, and guide managers through best practices to embed effective ways of working across the business.
Who You Are
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You bring structure and clarity to your work, staying organised and proactive even when juggling multiple priorities. You’re a natural relationship builder, able to connect with people at all levels and communicate with clarity and empathy.
You see challenges as opportunities and bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. You’re curious, always looking to learn and grow, and you inspire others to do the same. Most importantly, you’re values-led — you champion inclusion, celebrate diversity, and help embed these principles into the fabric of our organisation.
