The Opportunity
As The Enterprise Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy and ensuring the delivery of features and capabilities for platforms of several interrelated products that deliver customer value. The focus of the role is to ensure performance of these platforms in an enterprise wide and strategic context.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and manage baseline service requirements in the EIT Service Catalogue.
- Support the tendering, contracting, and onboarding of third-party service providers.
- Act as the primary contact for internal clients and service-related matters.
- Guide third-party providers through EDF processes to ensure effective delivery.
- Manage service performance, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
- Identify and mitigate service risks to maintain continuity.
- Lead service improvement projects and ensure alignment with agile delivery frameworks.
- Oversee budgets, forecast spend, and manage supplier charges.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and licensing to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Lead EDFs Operational Resilience planning and preparation for recovery in the event of a serious disruption in service.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and applications.
- Proven project management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Confident team leader with a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practices.
- Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis.

Alongside a salary starting from £67,000 (negotiable depending on experience), potential to earn 10% bonus, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include a range of benefits, from the big and formal to the small and personal.
