If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you here at EDF as a Data or Senior Data Service Analyst within the EDF Customers Team!
The Opportunity…
We’re looking for a Data or Senior Data Service Analyst to join our team and proactively evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement and build the investment cases for new initiatives and projects.
You’ll be sourcing and analysing data and summarising with understandable conclusions and working with subject matter experts to capture current ways of working, whilst looking for opportunities to improve.
Pay, benefits and culture
Alongside a negotiable salary to earn a great bonus, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include a range of benefits, from the big and formal to the small and personal.
We’re talking about everything from enhanced parental leave to electric vehicle leasing, health insurance to product discounts, critical illness insurance to technology vouchers, gym membership to season ticket loans.

Whether you're in our office spaces, on site, or working remotely, we promote an environment that supports collaboration, connection, and comfort. No matter where you are, our priority is to make sure you feel safe, valued, and celebrated.
Here, we do right by each other and everyone’s welcome. We’re on an action-oriented journey, championing equity, diversity, and inclusion. We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.
We’re a disability confident employer and we’ll do all we can to help with your application. Please let us know if you need to request reasonable adjustments.
We take pride in fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment, where the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our employees drive fresh thinking and innovation. We understand that success means different things to different people. We believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed. That’s why we support you to pursue a career that’s unique to you. Because success is personal.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of improvements to processes, either through process re-engineering, standardising, outsourcing, automation, or systemising.
You’ll gain buy-in and engagement for performance improvement initiatives from Senior leaders in the business, and external stakeholders including Customers and Regulators and will continually review and iterate customer facing literature to improve engagement and CX.
Providing guidance and support to other teams across EBS, you will ensure collaboration and best practise.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring a deep knowledge of Supplier Settlements, MOP, and DC/DA obligations and processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Strong relationship-building skills will be essential, as you'll confidently manage stakeholder relationships and create meaningful partnerships. You’ll have the ability to balance cost, compliance, and customer needs when driving change initiatives, ensuring impactful and sustainable improvements.
With an open-minded, can-do attitude, you’ll be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, navigating complexities with ease. Providing constructive feedback on process adherence and performance will be second nature to you, helping teams refine their operations.
Your leadership style will be highly collaborative, guiding people toward shared goals while delivering meaningful outcomes. You’ll lead projects with a clear, structured approach—identifying risks, generating solutions, facilitating implementation, evaluating results, and ensuring lasting change.
If you’re strategic, adaptable, and eager to make a difference, this is your opportunity to bring innovation, resilience, and efficiency to an evolving industry. We’d love to hear from you!
