Wil, Customer Service Advisor says “I’ve been at EDF for six months now, and the best part has honestly been the people. The culture here is so welcoming, it really feels like one big team where everyone has your back. Whether you're new or have been here for years, there's a real sense of togetherness and support that makes coming into work something to look forward to.
What’s stood out to me is how easy it is to ask questions, learn, and grow. No one makes you feel silly for not knowing something, and there’s always someone willing to take the time to help. It’s a team that celebrates the wins, checks in with each other, and genuinely wants everyone to do well.
It doesn’t feel like just a job, it feels like you’re part of something where people want to see you succeed, no matter your age, gender or background."
At EDF, everyone is welcome. We strive to create an inclusive and diverse environment where everyone has a voice and where you feel confident being yourself. We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We would like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility. We are a disability confident employer, and we will do all we can to help with your application, adjusting as you need.
We’ll value the difference you bring and offer opportunities for you to thrive and succeed.
