The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the voice of EDF Business Solutions, supporting customers and helping businesses on their sustainability journey. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and building relationships that matter.
You’ll join us on a salary starting of £25,719 per annum, based at our #Exeter office in Gadeon House. Initially, you’ll work full time on site for training and onboarding, with flexibility to explore hybrid options later.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor who thrives on helping others and solving problems. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Strong communication skills for phone & email
- Ability to navigate multiple IT systems confidently
- A proactive approach to resolving customer queries
- Teamwork skills to collaborate and share ideas
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a commercial Customer Service role.
