About the Role

Have you got strong experience with SAP for purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting?

If so, here at EDF we’re looking for a Contracts Compliance and Finance Lead to join our team!

What you’ll be doing


As the Contracts, Finance and Compliance Lead, you’ll be working closely with the Operations and Contracts Manager to:

  • Lead day-to-day engagement with our Estate Management services provider and contractors, ensuring work is delivered to contract and to a high standard.
  • Oversee and validate Land Management and Business Rates activities, ensuring invoices and intercompany recharges are accurate and timely.
  • Monitor and review contractor health and safety performance, identifying trends and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Take ownership of property compliance reporting, ensuring corrective actions are implemented where needed.
  • Manage risk and business continuity planning, including maintaining risk logs and leading testing of recovery arrangements.
  • Lead on financial planning for Property Services, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reporting on performance to support decision-making.
  • Support procurement activity and continuously review processes to identify improvements, embedding best practice into our Quality Management System.
  • Provide operational and project support to the Land & Biodiversity team and other senior stakeholders, contributing to wider initiatives and improvements.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, together with experience of SAP for purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting.

You’ll have demonstrable experience in property, facilities, finance, or a similar environment.

Knowledge of rural and residential property compliance and Health & Safety would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
