We offer a recruitment bonus of £5,000 redeemable in 3 stages, firstly upon joining and again at the end of each 12 month period for 2 years.
You'll also enjoy a 3% company bonus and an allowance of £1,500 per year to take in monthly cash instalments or to use on a wide range of flexible benefits, from gym memberships to health-related cash plans! If you live within the M25, we've also got you covered with a £3,500 London allowance.
If you're all about performance, you're in for a treat! Our performance incentive schemes can pad your wallet with up to £10,000 (OTE), and overtime opportunities are there to boost your earnings further.

Who You Are:
You not only have experience with 3 phase electrical installation or Smart Meter installation; you're a master of your craft, with a track record of excellence that speaks volumes. Safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are the guiding stars of your work ethic.
Essential competencies are : 3PH exchange, & new connections
Nice to have competencies LV/CT, HV and above.
It would be fantastic (but not essential) if you have qualifications like HNC, HND, or equivalent experience or if you're actively pursuing higher education courses in electrical engineering.
Your technical skills, paired with your exceptional communication skills, makes you a standout contributor in your field.
Your commitment to continuous improvement and mentorship showcases your readiness to uphold our team's reputation as an industry leader.
You must have a full UK Driving Licence - As supply and demand can vary, we encourage our Operatives to work flexibly and embrace travel as and when required.
