Energise your career, accelerate a Net Zero future - #Renewablesjobs
The Opportunity
Here at EDF Renewables we have an exciting opportunity to join our Solar, Storage, & Private Wire team as a Business Development Manager. You will be the primary lead for EDF Renewables utility scale solar pre-Final Investment Decision (FID) pipeline.
The main responsibilities will involve de-risking a pipeline of utility scale (and sometimes battery projects) to enable FID to be made. Key scope of the role is to maximise value of the project by securing a viable route to market, enabling efficient procurement and ensuring the project is ready for construction.
You will lead utility scale pre-FID projects by managing multi-disciplinary subject-matter experts in a matrix organisation. After the financial investment decision, they will oversee the project in the construction phase, ensuring the CTO team delivers the project according to the investment case and providing support where necessary.
