We’re a disability confident employer and we’ll do all we can to help with your application, making adjustments as you need.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll ensure precise and swift administration and co-ordination support to the resourcing process across all business units in EDF UK. This includes tasks such as contract generation; managing pre-employment screening; facilitating and administering the vetting process; and consistent use of recruitment and HR systems at expert level.

You’ll provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, acting as a central point of contact for candidates during the recruitment and onboarding processes. You’ll also be a credible, approachable, and highly knowledgeable point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders alike.

You’ll ensure the resourcing process is run in compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulation, and accurately update and maintain recruitment administration/co-ordination data.

You’ll plan and prioritise your own time to deliver both ‘Business As Usual’ resourcing and project-based activities, and you’ll contribute to approaches and initiatives to enhance talent attraction opportunity and resourcing performance.

Who you are

Being an Onboarding Co-ordinator at EDF means demonstrating excellent organisational and planning skills, being able to manage your own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, and having the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. You’ll be highly skilled in understanding and empathising, and you’ll possess a collegiate and positive attitude.

You’ll have experience of dealing with complex administrative processes, and experience in administering full end-to-end recruitment processes and technology (including applicant tracking systems) would be advantageous.
