The Opportunity
We're excited to offer an opportunity for an HR Partner to join our Central Support Functions team! In this role, you'll play a key part in driving HR initiatives, supporting central offices and the wider business to deliver People Plans. You'll build strong relationships across all levels of the business, collaborating closely with leaders and HR Centres of Excellence, including Employee Services, Early Careers, and Recruitment.

What you’ll be doing
As an HR Partner your work areas will include:
Reward
- Work with the HR team and dedicated line managers to ensure reward plans are executed in line with Corporate and business plans.
Learning & Development
- Work with the HR team and management within the business to ensure learning and development plans are implemented, regular reviews conducted and learning and development needs prioritised
Diversity
- Promote diversity and inclusion as fundamental elements of the company’s culture, highlighting and Business Unit issues to the HR team and supporting the implementation of practical solutions
Performance Management
- Support the HR team with the support and guidance needed to ensure that individual and team performance is effectively managed across the business.
Employee Relations
- Support the HR team in the local implementation of the ER framework, procedures and management of local ER.
- Work with the HR team to provide proactive employee relations case support across the Central Support Functions, attending and supporting formal case hearings and internal mediation ensuring all case related documentation and records are accurate and appropriately saved
Leadership
- Develop coaching within designated business unit with a wide range of areas including organisational problem solving, behavioural change, change management, employee development, employee relations and performance management
Strategy Deployment
- Support the implementation of people plans at the local level, in line with the agreed business plans actively seeking best practice.
HR Operational Delivery and Project Support
- Ensure all actions align with the company’s Zero Harm ambition Support the delivery of key HR projects across Generation
Lead the co-ordination of HR deliverables
Who you are
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who is a Graduate or Associate member of CIPD (minimum standard). This individual is both creative and pragmatic, able to deliver results quickly while balancing business needs with HR best practices. They possess a strong commercial mindset and apply HR solutions in a practical and effective manner.
With a solid understanding of employment law, change management, performance management, reward, talent development, resourcing, and employee relations, they provide high-quality HR generalist support. They also have a proven ability to coach line managers, influence decision-making, and drive successful outcomes.
A strong professional network, commitment to continuous personal development, and the credibility to challenge and influence stakeholders make them a trusted partner in HR strategy and operations.
