People Development Partner

 

As People Development Partner Consultant for Sizewell C, you’ll report into the Head of Learning Operations and Data in People Development with a dotted line to the Organisational Capability Manager within Sizewell C.

 

The Opportunity 

 

As a People Development Partner you’ll be a subject matter expert on all things learning and development. You’ll work closely with the SZC team to understand business priorities and will use your knowledge and skills as an L&D specialist to advise on the most appropriate solution- working alongside external partners and internal subject matter experts to deliver learner centric solutions.   

 

You’ll enjoy taking a hands on approach, working with your colleagues in People Development to ensure all Sizewell C learning initiatives run smoothly – ensuring a great learner experience for all.

What you’ll be doing 

 

As a People Development Partner you’ll offer advice and guidance on a range of learning and development solutions at the individual, team, and function levels. Through training needs analysis, you will work with the business to identify development needs and design solutions that meet both individual and business requirements.

 

You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders including external providers, internal subject matter experts, Senior People Development Partners, Programme Managers as well as HR teams across the SZC and Customers Business Unit. 

 

Managing matrixed project teams, you’ll be accountable for the delivery and quality of all, reviewing evaluation data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

 

You’ll be responsible for developing an annual training plan to reflect business priorities, manage nominations where required, overseeing the training budget to ensure a good balance between demand and cost

 

Who you are  

 

We’re looking for an individual who has a genuine passion about people and organisational development with a strong track record in acting as an L&D expert delivering great learner centric development solutions. 

 

Excelling at building trust-based relationships, you’re collaborative and adept at making connections and can demonstrate strong consultancy based skills.  

 

Proficient in analysis and diagnosis, you use qualitative and quantitative sources and questioning to discover and understand the business, its people, skills and culture and then use this information to recommend, design and  implement   impactful  solutions for individuals, teams, and functions. 

 

You will be able to showcase strong examples of where you have done this previously. 

 

Committed to providing an excellent customer experience, you constantly seek innovative ways to enhance the learner experience. 

 

Adaptable and flexible, you work autonomously, managing multiple deliverables for various stakeholders and prioritising effectively for timely delivery. You focus on continuous improvement to achieve optimal outcomes.
