We’re looking for an exceptional Recruitment Business Partner to join our team.
Based in Suffolk with regular travel to London you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a dynamic, high-performing recruitment service for Sizewell C
This is a fast-paced, team manager level role where you’ll:
Drive direct sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist positions.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, enhancing performance and fostering a coaching culture.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing strategic recruitment expertise.
Innovate talent attraction strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
You bring:
Proven leadership in recruitment, ideally with in-house experience.
Expertise in senior/specialist hiring and direct sourcing.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, IR35/AWR legislation, and tools like psychometrics.
The ability to work at pace while maintaining precision and professionalism.
A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
Experience in permanent hires within construction, technical, engineering, or energy sectors.
