The Sizewell C (SZC) Project is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. Your Role:

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in securing the funding, planning, and delivery of the SZC Mechanical Electrical HVAC (MEH) Works, ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence. You will be the primary commercial

contact, managing multiple contracts and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead the commercial and contract management of suppliers within the MEH division.

•    Support procurement processes, including contract drafting and negotiations.

•    Administer contracts through their lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award phases.

•    Ensure adherence to SZC’s governance, processes, and procedures.

•    Foster high-performing alliances with a collaborative culture.

•    Transfer key operational expertise from Hinkley Point C to SZC.

What We’re Looking For:

•    Proven track record in successful contract administration.
•    Strong commercial and contract management skills, particularly with NEC3 contracts.
•    Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
•    Experience in a regulated environment and procurement processes.
•    Desirable: Experience with FIDIC contracts, professional chartership (RICS, CIOB), and familiarity with nuclear site license conditions.

Qualifications:

•    Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
