The Opportunity
 

Whilst you’ll have no direct reports, you’ll be responsible for managing complex contracts, contractual obligations, and developing performance improvements that give profitable operation and delivery of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and renewable products.
 

You’ll also implement and onboard bespoke PPAs, Corporate PPAs and CFD PPAs in collaboration with other parts of the business and manage the relationship and interface with PPA counterparties ensuring contractual milestones are achieved.

What you’ll be doing
 

As the Senior PPA Contract Manager, you’ll advise the PPA Originators and our Legal teams on bespoke PPA/CPPA/CFD PPA tender negotiations; making sure contractual obligations can be achieved.
 

You’ll review complex terms and conditions, suggest areas for improvement and translate operational requirements. You’ll also advise on PPA new product developments.
 

You’ll lead on managing the relationship with PPA counterparties, ensuring contractual milestones are achieved and facilitating interpretation of the PPA. You’ll also lead on scoping requirements for new models/IT solutions, processes and procedures to operate and implement new or bespoke PPA’s.

Supporting the PPA Management and Service Senior Manager, you’ll help set team direction and provide training and expertise.
