This is an exciting opportunity to work across our biggest and most strategic customers in an innovative and agile way. It’s a brilliant chance to be exposed to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally with great career progression opportunities.

As a Senior Deal Structurer you have the lead role in facilitating the tendering, structuring, negotiation and execution of high value contracts for EDF’s major Industrial, Commercial and Public Sector Customers (I&C) and prospects. In this role, you will be managing internal governance and policies, including liaising with various internal teams such as Pricing, Legal and Credit in relation in to contracting activity and ongoing contract management services post-sale.

You will be fully responsible for structuring and negotiating complex, high-value deals, including leading and maintaining customer and market facing activity where necessary. You will manage interactions with senior stakeholders, up to Executive level. You will also be the point of reference for the wider Deal Structuring team, coaching and mentoring less experienced members of the team, as well as deputising for the Deal Structuring Manager when required.

You’ve got an eye for detail as you will be looking in to the complex analysis that surrounds a contract, such as risk v reward. You’ll be closely working with the Legal team to manage the review, any amendments and bespoke structuring of contracts.
We need someone who is commercially savvy, as you’ll be leading the commercial negotiations and implementation of these contracts and also develop bespoke pricing offers to ensure delivery of gross margins.

Communication is key. You’ll be dealing with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, to ensure a high level of customer service and also to make sure we’re at the forefront of product and service innovation.

  • Highly driven and motivated to succeed.
