We are searching for a Programme Data & Digitalisation Manager to drive the digital future of our Nuclear Island (NI) and Conventional Island & Balance of Plant (CI-BOP) programmes, helping to shape the technology landscape of this groundbreaking project.

Why this role matters:

As the Programme Data & Digitalisation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy, working with senior leadership to define and execute a cutting-edge Digitalisation Plan. You’ll bridge the gap between key teams, making sure that every digital move we make aligns with Sizewell C’s ambitious goals. This is your chance to influence not just the future of Sizewell C, but the future of infrastructure in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

Driving Digital Innovation: Lead the creation and implementation of our Programme Digitalisation Plan, ensuring we deliver “digital by default” solutions across the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including UK Government, regulators, and top-tier suppliers, ensuring alignment with national infrastructure performance roadmaps.

Strategic Leadership: Act as the key interface between Programme Directors and our PMO Data & Information Management team, ensuring every digital initiative reflects the latest in technology-driven project delivery.

Reporting & Risk Management: Keep leadership teams informed by providing regular updates on progress, risks, opportunities, and resource gaps in the delivery of the Programme Digitalisation Plan.

Collaboration Across Teams: Engage with internal and external teams to ensure successful integration of digital strategies into every aspect of the Sizewell C programme.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in Data & Information Project Management on large-scale infrastructure projects, with a passion for digital transformation.

A deep understanding of project lifecycle management and the challenges faced in infrastructure delivery.

Change management experience to support the transition to a digitally led future.

A visionary mindset: you understand the power of data and technology to revolutionize project delivery.

Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with senior leadership.

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, making informed decisions in a dynamic and complex environment.

Sizewell C Limited (Sizewell C) is nuclear site licensed company whose business is to design, finance, construct, commission, operate, maintain, and eventually decommission the nuclear power plant and related infrastructure at Sizewell C in Suffolk.  Sizewell C was formerly under the majority ownership of the EDF Group but is currently majority owned by HM Government and operates as an independent company. EDF remains a key shareholder in Sizewell C and the business therefore maintains close links to EDF as a part of its ‘nuclear family’.

As a Sizewell C employee, you may wonder why you are contacted by colleagues with an EDF email, or see the EDF logo on portals that you access and/or documentation you receive; this is because we have partnered with EDF for the provision of a number of support services whilst we complete a successful transition out of the EDF group.
