Are you ready to be at the forefront of business transformation? SZC is looking for a dynamic Data Manager to join our PMO Transformation Team. You'll play a pivotal role in modernising the SZC project delivery by implementing mission critical solutions and business changes.. 

Why SZC? SZC is a major player in the nuclear energy sector, backed by the Government. We're on a mission to design, finance, construct, and operate the Sizewell C nuclear power plant in Suffolk. You have the main responsibility for delivering some SZC organisation wide business change initiatives by utilising data management related expertise such as data governance and data analytics, including utilising modern technologies of PowerApps and PowerBi for tools development.

Your Role:

•    Data Governance:  Work with data owners to make sure data is collected, stored, processed and maintained in accordance with company policy and procedures.
•    Data Analytics: Analyse and interpret the data to produce information, prediction and recommendations for decision making.  
•    Innovation: Digitalise internal management process and procedures to improve efficiency, supporting implementation and user acceptance testing.
•    Reporting: Create accurate, coherent, and user-friendly digital reports and dashboards.
•    Collaboration: Share knowledge across the organisation and liaise with supply chain partners.

What You Bring:

•    Education: BSc/diploma in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
•    Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Power BI (including DAX & M), PowerApps, Power Automate, ETL methods, SharePoint and Microsoft Azure (SQL).
•    Analytical Skills: Expertise in statistical techniques and data management.
•    Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to create visually appealing reports and dashboards.
•    Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
